Hawaii

Back in October or November of last year, I overheard a couple new friends from the UW geotech group talking about a trip to Hawaii. I entirely jokingly asked: “Great, when are we going?!” In January I landed in Oahu for the first time, and had my admittedly skeptical opinion destroyed one spectacular scene at a time.

Hanauma Bay
Hanauma Bay-it was kind of like snorkeling in an aquarium, I didn’t think it was actually like that in reality. I don’t know why I decided to take a picture during the 30-or-so seconds that it was in the shade..
Its really nice on the inside too.
